2. Non-Cancellable Items
We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items, including flowers, eatables, and similar items. However, if the customer can demonstrate that the quality of the product delivered was not up to standard, a refund or replacement may be provided.
3. Damaged or Defective Products

5. Products with Manufacturer Warranties
For issues regarding products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly to resolve the issue under the terms of their warranty.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds approved by SIMPLE ELEGANT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED will be processed within 9-15 days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
